TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

Terms and Conditions

All payments are taken in advance of lessons, are non refundable and cannot be transferred to another student. 

Lessons cancelled within 48hrs of the lessons start time will be charged at full price. 

Students must be legally allowed to drive in the UK and hold a valid provisional or full driving licence. 

Students must be able to read a licence place from 20m. 

Students must be healthy enough to drive. 
We retain the right to refuse use of the training vehicle for a test. 

We accept no responsibility or liability for any personal positions brought into a lesson or left in the car after a lesson. 

Students are insured in the training vehicle while accompanied by an instructor or examiner. 


Privacy Policy
All student data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without consent from the student. 
All students full names and contact details are deleted once lessons are formally cancelled.
